YACHT-POOL acts as a ‘bonded insurance agent’ according § 34d para. 1 German Trade, Commerce and Industry Regulation Act for pools of insurers regarding the following insurance classes: Yacht Hull, Yacht Third Party Liability, Yacht Personal Accident and for one Yacht Legal Expenses insurer. YACHT-POOL’ activity corresponds to this of an ‘underwriting agent’ who is given wide-ranging authority by insurers. Yacht owners can therefore be confident that all statements made to YACHT-POOL are treated as having been received by the insurers. The same applies to premium payments made to YACHT-POOL. YACHT-POOL offers everything on a professional basis – from the conclusion of a contract to claims payment.

According to legal requirements YACHT-POOL’ entry into the insurance agent register is made in the name of Daniel Prusinski.
You will therefore find the entry in the insurance agent register under the his name as an insurance agent under § 34d German Trade, Commerce and Industry Regulation Act.

We should like to point out that YACHT-POOL offers a limited range of insurance products and insurer pools that are exclusively arranged by YACHT-POOL.

The insurers that are involved will be clearly stated in your proposal document for each of the relevant insurance products. The appendix also contains a list of all the insurers with whom we work.
